Royal Enfield is reportedly preparing to launch a new special edition of the popular Classic 350. The Classic 350 Gorkha Edition is expected to be launched in India on August 18, 2026.
According to recent reports, the new edition will get a Dark Rifle Green colour inspired by the Gorkha Regiment. It is also expected to feature some special styling changes to make it different from the regular Classic 350.
New Look and Styling
The biggest change could be the new Dark Rifle Green paint scheme. Reports also suggest a single-seat setup, giving the motorcycle a more classic and military-inspired look.
The overall retro design of the Classic 350 is expected to remain largely unchanged, including its round headlamp, metal body and classic roadster styling.
Engine and Features
The Gorkha Edition is expected to use the same 349cc J-Series engine as the standard Classic 350. The engine produces around 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm and comes with a 5-speed gearbox.
No major engine upgrade has been reported so far, meaning the focus of this edition will mainly be on its design and special styling.
It could also get features such as dual-channel ABS, assist and slipper clutch, USB Type-C charging and LED lighting, depending on the variant.
Expected Price
Royal Enfield has not officially revealed the price yet. The regular Classic 350 starts at around ₹1.87 lakh ex-showroom, while higher variants cost more than ₹2 lakh.
The Gorkha Edition could be priced around ₹2.20 lakh–₹2.30 lakh ex-showroom due to its special styling and premium positioning.
Launch Date
The Royal Enfield Classic 350 Gorkha Edition is expected to launch on August 18, 2026. More details about its price, features and availability are likely to be revealed at the launch.
For now, the launch date and specifications should be treated as reported information until Royal Enfield makes an official announcement.
The new Dark Rifle Green colour and Gorkha-inspired styling could make this Classic 350 a unique option for Royal Enfield fans.
