KTM has officially unveiled the new 2027 KTM 690 Rally, a lightweight rally-style motorcycle developed for riders who want serious off-road performance without moving to a much heavier adventure bike. The new model is based on the KTM 690 Enduro R and brings several factory rally upgrades.

693cc LC4 Engine

The KTM 690 Rally is powered by KTM’s 693cc single-cylinder LC4 engine, producing around 79 hp and 73 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and is designed to offer strong performance across demanding off-road terrain.

More Fuel and Rally Equipment

KTM has equipped the bike with a rally tower and integrated windscreen, giving the rider better protection during long-distance riding. Its fuel capacity is around 20 litres, which should provide a useful range when riding far away from regular fuel stops.

The motorcycle also gets fully adjustable WP XPLOR suspension, with long suspension travel suited to rough trails. Off-road ABS, traction control and a dedicated Rally mode are included to help riders adapt the bike to different surfaces.

Built for Long-Distance Off-Road Riding

The 690 Rally also features a 4.2-inch TFT display, Brembo brakes and KTM Quickshifter+. With its relatively low weight, large fuel capacity and rally-focused chassis, KTM is positioning the motorcycle as a capable option for serious adventure and off-road riders.

Availability

Production of the 2027 KTM 690 Rally is scheduled to begin in Austria in September 2026, with `deliveries expected from October 2026. KTM has not yet announced pricing or an Indian launch.
